The total number of foreign ownership in Turkey has exceeded 400 thousand. Making a statement on the subject, Altın Emlak General Manager Mustafa Hakan Özelmacıklı said, “Compared to the same period of the previous year, the number of foreign ownership increased from 352 thousand 96 to 400 thousand 907. In the last year, approximately 48,811 foreigners have acquired property,” he said. Özelmacıklı shared general information about the real estate properties of foreigners in Turkey and said, “In the list of the top ten provinces most preferred by foreigners, Istanbul was in the first place with 95,580 people, while Antalya was in the second place with 78,996 people. After these provinces, Muğla with 19 thousand 406 people, Aydın with 17 thousand 583 people, Bursa with 15 thousand 172 people, Ankara with 12 thousand 2 people, Yalova with 10 thousand 989 people, Mersin with 7 thousand 583 people and 6 thousand 741 people. Izmir and Sakarya with 5 thousand 539 people took place. With this figure, Sakarya became the 10th most preferred city by foreigners.
