Endeksa.com announced the data on the total number of housing stocks and residence marketing times in Istanbul. 28% of housing for sale in Turkey in Istanbul found that, while most of the housing stock, respectively Kadikoy district, Beylikdüzü, Maltepe, and was ranked as Esenyurt.
26.480 HOUSES ARE WAITING FOR SALE IN KADIKÖY
According to the data of Endeksa.com, the number of houses waiting to be sold in Kadıköy as of the end of February 2020 is 26.480, in Beylikdüzü 17.880, in Maltepe, 16.656 in Esenyurt, and 16.610 in Başakşehir.
HOUSING MARKETING TIME HIGHEST ISLANDS
The districts with the highest housing marketing time in Istanbul are Adalar, Eyüpsultan, Şile, Beykoz and Bakırköy, respectively. In contrast to these districts, short residence marketing times in Sultanbeyli, Sultangazi, Bahçelievler, Sancaktepeve Küçükçekmece remained below the Istanbul average. Housing marketing period is 119 days in Adalar, 117 days in Eyüpsultan, 93 days in Şile, 92 days in Beykoz, 91 days in Bakırköy, 66 days in Sultanbeyli, 65 days in Sultangazi, 64 days in Bahçelievler and Sancaktepe. 62 days in Küçükçekmece.
MOST EXPENSIVE İLÇEBEŞİKTAŞ, LOW PRICE DISTRICT SANCAKTEPE, BEYLİKDÜZÜ
According to the current data of Endeksa.com, the districts with the highest housing sales price in Istanbul are Beşiktaş, Sarıyer, Bakırköy, Beykoz and Kadıköy, respectively. As of the end of February 2020, the average residential square meter sales price in Beşiktaş is 11.372 TL, 10.230 TL in Sarıyer, 8.662 TL in Bakırköy, 7.792 TL in Beykoz and 7.666 TL in Kadıköy.
AVERAGE METER SQUARE SALE PRICE IN SANCAKTEPE 2.499 TL
The districts with the lowest housing prices are Sancaktepe, Beylikdüzü, Silivri, Arnavutköy and Esenyurt, respectively. Average residential square meter sales price in Çekmeköy is 2.499 TL in Sancaktepe, 2.436 TL in Beylikdüzü, 2.390 TL in Silivri, 2.321 TL in Arnavutköy and 2.224 TL in Esenyurt.
HIGHEST RETURN TIME IN ISTANBUL BEYKOZ, BEŞİKTAŞ AND KADIKÖY
When Istanbul districts are analyzed from the return period of housing investment, the highest return periods in Beykoz, Beşiktaş, Kadıköy, Bakırköy and Sarıyer; the lowest turnaround times are seen in Fatih, Avcılar, Beylikdüzü, Eyüpsultan and Esenyurt.

According to the Index data, the return period of housing investment has increased up to 45 years in Beykoz as of the end of February 2020. 38 years in Beşiktaş, 35 years in Kadıköy, 33 years in Bakırköy, 31 years in Sarıyer, 20 years in Fatih, 19 years in Avcılar and Beylikdüzü, 18 years in Eyüpsultan and 17 years in Esenyurt.
