According to Endeksa Annual value increase in housing sales prices in Turkey was 29.7%

In June, 134 thousand 731 houses were sold throughout Turkey. With this number, house sales increased by 127.7% compared to the previous month and decreased by 29.1% compared to the same month of the previous year. While Istanbul had the highest share in house sales with 25,833 house sales and 19.2%, according to Endeksa data, as of the end of June, the annual increase in house sales prices in Turkey was 29.7%.

According to the current data of the technology-focused real estate valuation platform Endeksa.com, the annual increase in housing sales prices throughout Turkey was 29.7% as of the end of June. The average residential square meter sales price in Turkey is 3 thousand 239 TL, the average housing price is 421 thousand 70 TL. The annual increase in value in Istanbul, where the highest number of house sales is realized, was 23.6%, the average square meter sales price of the house is 4 thousand 755 TL, the average house price is 510 thousand 264 TL. The annual increase in value in Ankara is 25.2%, the average square meter sales price of housing is 2 thousand 483 TL, the average housing price is 305 thousand 240 TL. In İzmir, the annual increase in value is 32.7%, the average square meter sales price of the residence is 4 thousand 306 TL, the average housing price is 497 thousand 250 TL.

Sales to foreigners increased by 185.3%

Housing sales to foreigners in June increased by 185.3% compared to the same month of the previous year and became 4 thousand 748. In the January-June period, house sales to foreigners increased by 43.7% compared to the same period of the previous year and became 20 thousand 488.

The highest increase in value is in Aydın, Muğla and Antalya. According to Endeksa data, among the provinces with the highest number of house sales in June, the highest value increase was realized in Aydın, Muğla and Antalya, respectively.
